Manomay Tex Acquires Stake In Lov Smart Rj-1 For Rajasthan Plants
Manomay Tex India Ltd has approved the acquisition of a 26 per cent equity stake in Lov Smart Rj-1, a company engaged in renewable energy generation and transmission, as part of its strategy to strengthen captive green energy capacity for its Rajasthan-based manufacturing operations.
The acquisition, valued at Rs 3.12 crore, will enable Manomay Tex to secure captive renewable energy capacity of up to 13.65 MW (DC) through a qualifying solar captive project located at the Hybrid Park in Sayala, Jalore, Rajasthan.
