PDS Starts FY27 Strong With 43% PAT Growth

Global supply chain solutions provider PDS Limited reported a strong start to FY27, with consolidated revenue from operations increasing 14.8% year-on-year to Rs 3,444 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 42.7% to Rs 29 crore, while EBITDA nearly doubled to Rs 96 crore, reflecting improved operational efficiency and profitability.
The company’s Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) grew 11.1% to Rs 5,146 crore, supported by broad-based growth across its sourcing, manufacturing and brand management businesses. PDS also strengthened its future growth visibility, with its order book rising 23% year-on-year to Rs 6,095 crore.
The company has expanded its manufacturing capabilities through a partnership with Busana Apparel Group.
Commenting on the results, Pallak Seth, Executive Vice Chairman, said the company delivered broad-based growth and strengthened its strategic position through new customer wins and partnerships. Group CEO Sanjay Jain highlighted the company’s focus on balance sheet strengthening, portfolio optimization and digital and AI-led transformation to drive long-term profitable growth.
