Blissclub Raises Rs 160 Crore To Drive Retail Expansion And Product Growth

Bengaluru-based activewear and athleisure brand BlissClub has secured Rs 160 crore in a funding round led by Singularity AMC, with participation from existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures. Founder Minu Margaret and entrepreneur Vidit Aatrey also invested personal capital in the company.
The fresh funding will support expansion into new product categories, strengthen offline retail operations, enhance technology capabilities and accelerate product development initiatives.
Founded in 2020 as a women’s activewear brand, BlissClub has evolved into a broader athleisure player. The company recently entered the menswear segment and is preparing to launch a denim range, which it describes as a key strategic category.
BlissClub expects to close FY26 with net revenue of around Rs 200 crore while significantly improving profitability and moving closer to breakeven. The company continues to focus on balancing growth with operational efficiency.
Online channels contribute nearly 85 percent of total revenue, with most sales generated through the brand’s own website and app. Offline retail currently accounts for about 15 percent of revenue.
As part of its growth strategy, BlissClub plans to expand its retail footprint across major metro and Tier-I cities. The company currently operates in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune and aims to deepen its presence in these markets before expanding further.
