Nitin Spinners Q1 FY27 PAT Soars 84% On Record Revenue

Nitin Spinners Ltd. reported a strong performance for the first quarter of FY27, driven by improved yarn realisations, better demand and enhanced operational efficiencies. The company posted its highest-ever quarterly revenue, while profitability registered robust growth across all key metrics.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, increased 10.3% year-on-year to Rs 875 crore, compared with Rs 793.3 crore in Q1 FY26. The growth was supported by strong performance in both yarn and fabric segments. Yarn revenue rose 9% to Rs 633.5 crore, while fabric revenue grew 10.4% to Rs 188.7 crore.

EBITDA surged 39.8% year-on-year to Rs 155.6 crore from Rs 111.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA margin improved by 376 basis points to 17.78%, reflecting stronger operational performance and better product realisations.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) climbed 83.1% to Rs 100.9 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 83.6% to Rs 75.3 crore, compared with Rs 40.9 crore in Q1 FY26. PAT margin improved to 8.6% from 5.17% a year earlier.

Commenting on the results, Chairman and Managing Director Dinesh Nolkha said the company achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 875 crore, marking the second consecutive quarter of record sales. He attributed the performance to improved yarn realisations and stronger market demand.

Looking ahead, Nolkha expressed confidence in sustaining growth through the commercialisation of additional fabric and yarn capacities, which are expected to further strengthen manufacturing capabilities and profitability. He also noted that the long-term outlook for the Indian textile industry remains positive, supported by international trade agreements, policy measures and improving parity between international and domestic cotton prices.

With expanding capacities, improving demand and a favourable industry environment, Nitin Spinners expects to maintain its growth momentum in the coming quarters.
