ABFRL Posts 16% Q4 Revenue Growth Led By Pantaloons And TMRW

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) reported a 16% year-on-year revenue growth in Q4 FY26, driven by strong double-digit growth across its key businesses, particularly Pantaloons and TMRW.
The company posted Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 1,990 crore, compared to Rs 1,719 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, while EBITDA rose 57% to Rs 311 crore. For the full fiscal year, ABFRL recorded 11% revenue growth to Rs 8,177 crore, with EBITDA increasing **28% to Rs 967 crore.
Performance during the quarter was led by Pantaloons, which delivered 19% growth, supported by strong like-for-like sales and accelerated omni-channel execution. The company’s digital-first business TMRW registered 45% growth, aided by portfolio expansion and enhanced marketing initiatives.
ABFRL also strengthened its retail footprint during FY26, adding 180+ stores, while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and margin improvement.
The company said improved scale leverage, sharper execution and better operating discipline supported profitability gains during the quarter, despite a dynamic retail environment. ABFRL remains focused on driving sustained profitable growth through network expansion, portfolio strengthening and continued execution across segments.
