Bondcote Performance Textiles Acquires Graniteville Specialty Fabrics
Bondcote Performance Textiles (BPT), a leading manufacturer of coated, laminated and composite textiles and a subsidiary of XFS Global, LLC, announced the strategic acquisition of Graniteville Specialty Fabrics (GSF), a renowned innovator in high-performance coated textiles.
The acquisition, backed by Lake Country Capital, significantly enhances BPT’s technical capabilities, customer partnerships and strategic role within both the U.S. defence industrial base and broader commercial textile sectors.
As part of the acquisition, GSF will continue operations at its Graniteville, South Carolina facility, ensuring uninterrupted service and operational continuity. The GSF brand, team and product lines will be integrated into Bondcote Performance Textiles.
