Herman Kay To Lead Calvin Klein Outerwear

PVH Corp. and Herman Kay-Mystic LLC have announced a licensing agreement for select wholesale men’s and women’s outerwear under the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands across U.S. and Canada, set to launch in Spring 2026.

PVH, known for its expansive global licensing business, is strategically bringing its women’s wholesale business in-house for key lifestyle segments like underwear, sportswear and jeans. This move is part of the PVH+ Plan to strengthen brand growth while collaborating with expert partners in select categories.
