InspirOn Engineering Celebrates 50 Years At Chandial Plant
InspirOn Engineering celebrated its Golden Jubilee, marking 50 years of operations, with a grand event at its Chandial Plant on 13 December 2025. The milestone occasion was attended by employees from the Chandial and Odhav plants, retired employees and senior former leaders including the company’s ex-CEO, ex-COO and ex-GM (Finance).
The celebrations began with a guided factory visit, during which the Chandial plant was kept fully operational, offering guests a first-hand view of a modern running foundry. The formal programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and prayer, symbolising an auspicious beginning. Amol Bhagwati, Managing Director, delivered the welcome address and extended greetings to all attendees.
A specially curated video presentation traced InspirOn’s journey and highlighted key milestones across its businesses over the past five decades. Chairman Shri Prakashbhai Bhagwati then addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, reflecting on the company’s evolution, challenges and achievements during his 50-year association with InspirOn.
Bharatbhai Gohel, Union President, conveyed the sentiments and appreciation of the workforce, following which the gathering accorded a standing ovation to the Chairman in recognition of his leadership and contribution.
As a mark of gratitude, mementos were presented to all employees, while those who have completed over 25 years of service were specially felicitated for their long-standing commitment. Retired employees were also honoured for their role in the company’s growth.
