Marzoli Showcases Technology Accelerator Center At ITMA Asia

With the claim ‘Designed to Impact’, Marzoli showcased its evolution into a complete engineering company for the textile industry at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025 in Singapore. By combining advanced machinery, digital intelligence, material science and innovative services, the company enabled textile manufacturers to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate their path to innovation and differentiation.
Marzoli presented its Technology Accelerator Center (TAC), a hub for developing its most advanced technological enhancements. Highlights included the FTM320 Roving Frame, cutting-edge solutions for textile waste recycling and fibre technologies featuring Italian design that pushed the limits of performance.
Marzoli, a global benchmark in spinning technology and part of the Camozzi Group, positioned itself as a leading company capable of shaping demand and driving innovation across the textile supply chain, with a focus on luxury & fashion, denim and technical textiles. Leveraging deep technological and process expertise and significant R&D, the company launched high-value services through its TAC, enriching its traditional machinery offerings with innovative solutions addressing major industry challenges.
Within the Technology Accelerator Center, visitors explored:
- Recycled Yarn: Using Marzoli’s patented Refiber machine, the company produced advanced recycled fibres offering superior strength and quality compared to standard recycled yarns, giving a true second life to textile waste.
- Functionalized Yarns: Through a new patented process, Marzoli developed next-generation yarns enhanced with nanofibres, combining the natural feel of original fibres with exceptional new properties.
- Digital Suite and TexTrack Platform: The Digital Suite provided integrated tools for remote control, predictive maintenance, plant and production management, and performance optimization, while TexTrack enabled complete supply chain transparency through advanced traceability functions.
- Re-engineering Solutions: Marzoli showcased its modular re-engineering approach for upgrading spinning machines to improve efficiency and lifecycle performance.
“Alongside our traditional machinery offering, Marzoli moved decisively toward integrated solutions designed to address the textile industry’s key challenges. This strategic shift positioned us as a long-term partner, not just a supplier,” commented Cristian Locatelli, General Manager of Marzoli.
Among the other highlights, the FTM320 Roving Frame featured a central headstock with independent double-side modules operating simultaneously, increasing spinning efficiency by up to 5%. Marzoli also introduced MARTE, a new bobbin transport system equipped with roving waste recovery and real-time stock monitoring capabilities. Together, the FTM320 and MARTE represented a new standard in automation and efficiency for spinning preparation.
Visitors also experienced the Marzoli Tempo test, produced in cooperation with three customers, showcasing denim, cashmere, wool and technical textiles.
