Mesdan Showcases Textile Lab Innovations At ITMA Asia + CITME 2025

Mesdan, a leading provider of textile testing and laboratory equipment, will participate in ITMA Asia + CITME 2025 in Singapore from October 28–31, 2025. The company will share a 286 m² booth with Vandewiele in Hall 4, booth A302, highlighting its latest solutions for cotton and yarn testing.

The company will feature four key lab equipment offerings:

  • Contest-S: Fully automatic high-volume cotton stickiness tester that grades honeydew/sugar content, predicts processing risks and provides actionable insights for spinners, ginners, traders and R&D labs. The method is recognized by ITMF–ICCTM.
  • Autofil: Automatic yarn tensile strength tester with a 24-position cop changer, compatible with a wide range of yarns including spun, filaments, POY, spandex and sewing threads. Comes with integrated software supporting major global testing standards.
  • Nati Advanced: Neps and trash indicator for cotton and synthetic fibres, improving yarn quality, carding and combing efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Burstmatic 2: Pneumatic bursting strength tester for fabrics, non-wovens, leather and other materials, measuring pressure and distension height using laser technology.

Additionally, Mesdan will display the Savio Proxima winder equipped with the latest splicer upgrades to enhance mechanical durability and ensure consistent splice quality.
