Orange O Tec Partners With Found
Orange O Tec has announced a strategic partnership with Found, a globally recognised manufacturer of open-width washing and finishing technologies, to bring advanced fabric processing solutions to the Indian textile industry.
As part of the collaboration, Orange O Tec will introduce two of Found’s flagship technologies to the Indian market: the Open Width Washing Machine and the MG Deoiling Washing Machine. The partnership aims to help textile manufacturers improve fabric quality while reducing water, energy and operational costs.
The Open Width Washing Machine is designed for continuous flat-fabric processing and is capable of reducing water consumption by up to 47% compared to conventional washing methods. The technology also ensures uniform treatment across the entire fabric width, delivering consistent quality and repeatable results.
The MG Deoiling Washing Machine is specifically engineered for polyester, nylon and spandex fabrics. The system offers precision oil removal and can operate at speeds of 25–30 metres per minute with a single operator. According to the company, the machine consumes up to 60% less steam than traditional dye-vat processing methods, contributing to significant energy savings.
With growing industry focus on sustainability, resource efficiency and quality enhancement, the partnership is expected to provide Indian textile manufacturers access to advanced processing technologies that can improve productivity while lowering operating costs.
