PDS Sets Up Subsidiary In Mauritius
PDS Limited, announced that NexStyle Apparel Manufacturing Limited, its wholly owned Indian subsidiary, has incorporated a new entity in Mauritius under the name ‘NexStyle Apparel Manufacturing Limited’ (NexStyle Mauritius), effective May 13, 2025. The move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its global manufacturing footprint.
NexStyle Mauritius, now a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of PDS Limited, will be engaged in the manufacturing of garments and apparel, along with allied activities. The strategic expansion aims to bolster the PDS Group’s global sourcing and manufacturing capabilities, enhancing overall operational efficiency, profitability, and value creation.
The new entity has been incorporated with a cash investment of approximately Rs 8,526.40 (USD 100). No government or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation. PDS Limited retains 100% ownership in the newly formed subsidiary.
