Primark Opens First Store At Forum Koszalin In Northern Poland
Primark has opened its ninth store in Poland and its first in the northern part of the country, at Forum Koszalin shopping centre.
Spanning more than 2,000 sq m on a single floor, the new store offers fashion, beauty, lifestyle, homeware and everyday essentials across womenswear, menswear and kidswear. It features eight self-service checkouts, three traditional tills and 12 fitting rooms.
“Today’s opening in Koszalin marks an important milestone for Primark. For the first time, we are bringing our offering to customers in northern Poland,” said Maciej Podwojski, Sales Director, CEE, Primark. He added that Poland remains a key growth market for the retailer in Central and Eastern Europe.
The opening comes ahead of the new school year, with the store offering back-to-school essentials including clothing, footwear, backpacks, pencil cases, water bottles and lunch boxes.
Primark plans to open three additional stores in Poland by the end of 2027, in Warsaw, Białystok and Szczecin.
The retailer is also expanding across Central and Eastern Europe, with new stores planned in Romania and Czechia. Beyond Europe, Primark has expanded into the UAE and plans further openings in Bahrain and Qatar.
