Reju Partners With Rematrix To Advance Circular Textile Economy In Europe

Reju, the purpose-driven textile-to-textile regeneration leader, has announced a strategic partnership with Rematrix, a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) based in Vicenza, Italy. This collaboration ensures a reliable, compliant and sustainable supply of end-of-life textiles, reinforcing Reju’s mission to scale circular systems that tackle fashion waste at its source.

Enrico Soffiati, CEO of Rematrix
Rematrix partners with fashion brands to manage the full end-of-life process of textile products, supporting compliance with upcoming Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations in Italy and across Europe. Leveraging an industrial-grade supply chain, a proprietary traceability platform and a strong network of technology and business partners, Rematrix facilitates textile reuse, recycling and the development of circular business models.
This agreement establishes a long-term supply foundation for Reju’s Regeneration Hub, directly addressing the post-consumer textile waste issue in the regions where it originates. The partnership also opens up near-shoring opportunities, enhancing the local circular economy.
“Rematrix’s ability to oversee the entire lifecycle of textiles—from collection to recycling—aligns perfectly with our mission,” said Patrik Frisk, CEO of Reju. “This alliance not only strengthens our material sourcing strategy but also accelerates the industry’s shift towards a circular economy.”
As the managing partner of Rematrix, Innovando—a pioneering enterprise offering integrated solutions for the circular economy—will play a key role in the partnership. Innovando brings deep expertise in traceability, regulatory compliance and waste optimization, ensuring that all textile waste sourced meets the highest environmental standards, from post-production through post-consumption.
“At Rematrix, we believe collaboration and technological innovation are crucial to addressing textile waste challenges,” said Enrico Soffiati, CEO of Rematrix. “Partnering with Reju empowers brands with the strategic tools needed to go beyond EPR compliance and adopt a genuinely circular business model.”
“By combining Rematrix’s end-of-life textile management capabilities with Reju’s regeneration expertise, we are enabling brands to take greater control of their supply chains—gaining both a sustainability advantage and a competitive edge in today’s purpose-driven marketplace,” Soffiati added.
