Reju Wins Top Environmental Honour At 2025 Just Style Awards
Reju, a leading textile-to-textile regeneration company, has been named a Category Award Winner in the 2025 Just Style Excellence Awards, receiving top honours in the Environmental Award for Sustainable Regeneration. The award, powered by GlobalData, recognizes outstanding innovations transforming the apparel and textile industry.
Reju was recognized for its scalable, closed-loop solution that tackles one of the industry’s most pressing issues: textile waste, of which 92 million tonnes are generated annually, with less than 1% currently recycled. Reju’s proprietary technology converts post-consumer and post-industrial waste into Reju Polyester, a regenerated material with 50% lower carbon emissions than virgin alternatives and capable of infinite regeneration without quality loss.
A key element of the company’s innovation is Regeneration Hub Zero, Reju’s first demonstration plant located in Frankfurt, built just 12 months after the company’s founding. The facility integrates technology originally developed by IBM Research and further advanced by Technip Energies, setting a new global benchmark for circular infrastructure in textiles.
