RIICO Opens Plot Allotment At Bhilwara’s Rupaheri Textile Park

Investors looking to establish textile manufacturing units in Bhilwara, widely regarded as Rajasthan’s textile hub, can now apply for industrial plots under the 10th phase of direct allotment launched by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) at the Rupaheri Textile Park.
The scheme offers industrial plots ranging from 1,500 sq metre to 36,000 sq metre. Applicants who signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Rajasthan government during the Rising Rajasthan Summit are eligible to apply online through RIICO’s portal until May 14, 2026.
According to RIICO officials, investors who have not yet executed MoUs can still complete the process before the deadline to participate in the allotment scheme.
The textile park permits a wide range of textile and apparel activities, including cotton and natural fibre processing, man-made fibres, garments and ready-made apparel, technical textiles, handloom and handicrafts, wool processing, and textile accessories manufacturing.
Spread across 209 hectares in Hurda tehsil, the Rupaheri Textile Park comprises 275 industrial plots ranging from 500 sq metres to 1,25,000 sq metres. The integrated park is being developed with infrastructure support for spinning, weaving, processing, and garment manufacturing units.
RIICO has sanctioned Rs 221 crore for the project’s development. Infrastructure work currently underway includes roads, culverts, boundary walls, and power facilities, including high-mast lighting systems. The project has also secured environmental clearance from the State-Level Impact Assessment Authority.
Under the Rajasthan Textile and Apparel Policy 2025, investors setting up units in the park will be eligible for incentives such as asset creation support for 10 years, exemptions on stamp duty and electricity duty, incentives for green and sustainable projects, and reimbursement of up to 50 per cent of employee training costs.
In addition, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) investing in the park will receive further benefits under the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024.
