Renowned for his proficiency in driving operational excellence, Gupta has successfully implemented Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. His experience spans the textile, home textile, and pulp & paper industries, with leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Reliance, Trident, and Vardhman. At these companies, he led initiatives that delivered significant EBITDA and revenue growth.
