Siyaram Silk Mills Reports 16.4% Revenue Growth In Q1 FY27

Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd., one of India’s leading producers of blended fashion fabrics and apparel, reported a strong performance for the first quarter of FY27, with growth in revenue, profitability and retail expansion.

The company’s standalone total income rose 16.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 466 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to Rs 400 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA increased 22.3 per cent to Rs 40 crore from Rs 33 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 8.6 per cent from 8.2 per cent.

Profit after tax (PAT) more than doubled to Rs 11 crore during the quarter, registering a growth of 144.4 per cent over Rs 5 crore reported in Q1 FY26. PAT margin improved to 2.4 per cent from 1.1 per cent a year earlier.

Commenting on the results, Gaurav Poddar, Executive Director, Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd., said demand remained stable during the quarter despite moderation in wedding and occasion-led consumption due to the Adhik Maas period and continued inflationary pressures on input costs. He noted that the company’s strong brand portfolio and diversified product offerings helped maintain steady business momentum.

During the quarter, Siyaram expanded its retail network by adding three ZECODE and two DEVO stores, taking the total store count to 30 and 19 respectively. The company remains on track to achieve its target of around 70 stores across both brands by FY27 through internally generated cash flows.
