Trident Group Launches Karamyogi Recruitment Drive To Hire 3,000 Skilled Individuals Across India

Trident Group, a global conglomerate, has announced the launch of its Karamyogi Recruitment Drive, aiming to hire 3,000 skilled individuals across India. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowered community while contributing to the socio-economic development of the nation as part of its vision for Viksit Bharat.

The recruitment drive will primarily focus on Madhya Pradesh (Budhni) and Punjab (Dhaula and Sanghera), with a special emphasis on encouraging female applicants and candidates with a sports background. By providing employment to over 3,000 individuals, Trident Group aims to indirectly benefit more than 15,000 family members, boosting local economies, enhancing quality of life, and supporting the national GDP. The initiative also aims to promote skill development, empower women, and generate valuable tax revenue.

Speaking about the initiative, Pooja Luthra, Chief Human Resources Officer, Trident Group, said, “The Karamyogi recruitment drive aligns with our vision to create meaningful work opportunities for thousands while positively impacting the communities we serve. This initiative not only strengthens our workforce but also contributes to nation-building, empowering individuals and supporting the vision of a Viksit Bharat.”

The recruitment process will include online registration, application submission, offline assessments, and skill evaluations. Successful candidates will be placed in various departments, including Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Administration. The positions will offer a starting salary of INR 50,000 per month for an 8-hour workday, ensuring dignified wages and a better work-life balance. With this recruitment drive, Trident Group reaffirms its dedication to creating a positive impact on the communities it serves.
