Trident Limited Wins Gold Trophy For Global Exports At TEXPROCIL Awards
Trident Limited has been honoured with the Gold Trophy for Global Cotton Textile Exports at the TEXPROCIL Export Awards 2023–24, held on May 25, 2026, in Mumbai.
The award was presented at a ceremony attended by the Hon’ble Union Finance Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, recognising excellence and outstanding contribution to India’s textile export sector.
Commenting on the achievement, Rajinder Gupta, Chairman Emeritus, Trident Limited, said, “We are elated to receive the Gold Trophy for Global Cotton Textile Exports at the TEXPROCIL Export Awards for the year 2023–24. It reflects our contribution to India’s growing global textile presence. The latest recognition marks another milestone in Trident’s export journey. Since 2005, the company has received more than 30 awards across various export categories and has now been honoured by TEXPROCIL for the 19th consecutive year, underlining its sustained export excellence.
Established by the Government of India in 1954, the Cotton Textile Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) is one of the country’s leading autonomous non-profit export promotion councils. It plays a key role in supporting cotton textile exports through trade facilitation, market access initiatives, policy advocacy and industry development programmes.
