Vardhman Polytex Approves Land Sale At Ludhiana Unit To Strengthen Finances

Vardhman Polytex has approved the sale of a portion of its land parcel at its Ludhiana unit as part of its strategy to improve liquidity and support future growth.

The company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 21, 2026, cleared the sale, transfer or disposal of land measuring approximately 26 acres at Focal Point, Ludhiana, in one or more tranches. The move follows shareholder approval received via postal ballot on April 19, 2026, along with other required regulatory clearances.

Adish Oswal has been authorised to negotiate and execute the transaction.
