Mafatlal Industries Reports Steady Results For Q1 FY26-27

Mafatlal Industries Ltd (MIL) reported a steady performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, supported by growth in its Textiles & Related Products and Digital Infrastructure businesses.

The company posted revenue from operations of Rs 447.9 crore in Q1 FY27, registering 14.6% year-on-year growth. The textiles business continued to benefit from the company’s integrated Uniforms Solution model, while the Digital Infrastructure segment recorded healthy growth driven by institutional projects and long-term service contracts.

Textiles & Related Products contributed 43.1% of total revenue and nearly 60% of EBIT during the quarter, reflecting the segment’s strong profitability. The Digital Infrastructure business further strengthened recurring revenue visibility through projects involving ICT labs, robotics labs, IT systems and software solutions.

As part of its sustainability initiatives, the company commissioned a 4 MWp captive solar power project at its Nadiad manufacturing facility and introduced rainwater harvesting measures.

Gross debt stood at Rs 58.8 crore as of June 30, 2026, compared to Rs 60.8 crore at the end of FY26.

Commenting on the performance, Managing Director and CEO Priyavrata Mafatlal said the company remains focused on expanding its integrated Uniforms Solution business and scaling its Digital Infrastructure operations. Mafatlal’s total order book stood at approximately Rs 890 crore at the end of the quarter, providing strong visibility for future growth.
