Brands of India 2024 In Dubai: Showcasing 150+ Top Indian Apparel Makers
The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) inaugurated the 2nd edition of Brands of India on November 12, 2024, at Za’abeel Hall 4, Dubai World Trade Centre. Supported by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and key industry groups like AEPC and TEXMAS, the event features over 150 leading Indian apparel brands and manufacturers.
The three-day mega trade show offers a unique sourcing opportunity for global retailers, wholesalers and distributors, highlighting diverse apparel categories, including casual wear, ethnic wear, denim, athleisure, and more. With pre-registered buyers from 60+ countries, including major players from the Middle East and Africa, the event emphasizes India’s growing prominence as a global sourcing hub.
Satish Kumar Sivan, Consul General of India to the UAE, noted, “Brands of India leverages the India-UAE CEPA to promote duty-free apparel imports and capitalize on global shifts in sourcing trends. Dubai serves as the perfect gateway to connect Indian manufacturers with international markets.”
