HGH India 2026 Launches PreSense 2026-27 Trend Forecast

HGH India 2026 has unveiled PreSense, its Home Fashion Trends Forecast for 2026-27, highlighting the growing evolution of Indian homes into spaces that reflect personal lifestyle, design sensibilities and individual values.

The forecast, released by Texzone Information Services Pvt. Ltd., organisers of HGH India, is aimed at guiding product designers, interior designers, retailers, brands and manufacturers in developing next-season collections aligned with emerging consumer preferences in the home and lifestyle segment.

According to HGH India, Indian consumers are increasingly becoming as fashion-conscious about their homes as they are about apparel and personal style. The PreSense forecast seeks to address this shift by offering direction on colours, materials, patterns and emotional themes expected to shape the market in 2026-27.

The forecast is built around four key themes Manchala Mind, SunWoven, Kala Sangam and Colour Wave, each representing a distinct blend of Indian cultural influences, global design movements and contemporary consumer values.

“Trend forecasting, for us, is providing a strategic direction to the industry and trade focused on home and lifestyle segments. PreSense is designed to give clarity to brands, designers and retailers across the home ecosystem to create offerings that are in-time, relevant and apt for the Indian market,” said Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services Pvt. Ltd.

HGH India noted that the forecast is based on extensive research into global and Indian markets, consumer behaviour, merchandising strategy and design trends across textiles, fashion, home and lifestyle categories. This marks the 19th consecutive year that HGH India has released its home fashion trend forecast.

The Trends Pavilion at HGH India 2026 will showcase the PreSense themes through curated product displays, visual merchandising concepts and experiential zones, enabling visitors to engage directly with the materials, colours and design directions expected to influence Indian homes in the coming year.
