Loptex Unveils Technology To Reduce Nonwovens Contamination
Supplier of textile technologies Loptex, has launched its latest breakthrough in contamination reduction and control for nonwoven lines with its Sorter Easy Link EXA NW and EXA Web NW systems.
“Loptex is set to transform the industry’s approach to hygiene and medical product manufacturing,” the Italian company said in a press release.
The Sorter Easy Link EXA NW, strategically installed at the beginning of the carding process, sets a new standard for precision and accuracy in detecting even the tiniest visible contaminants.
“This state-of-the-art system ensures total control over raw materials during preparation, minimizing downstream contamination,” Loptex said.
For inspecting finished webs before winders, the newly introduced EXA Web NW system employs advanced embedded colour camera systems and LED illumination sources.
“This meticulous inspection process not only eliminates remaining contamination and material imperfections but also identifies their origins and causes at every stage of production,” it added.
The integration of the EXA Web NW and Easy Link EXA NW provides a comprehensive solution that optimises control from raw material to the finished web.
“This results in improved production yields and enhanced quality of the final product,” Loptex noted.
