MR. D.I.Y India Appoints Vikas Gupta As Group CEO

D.I.Y India, one of Asia’s leading home improvement retailers, has announced the appointment of Vikas Gupta as its Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company’s next phase of growth and expansion across the country.

Vikas brings with him over 18 years of diverse experience spanning operations, private equity and management consulting. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, bringing together strong strategic acumen and deep operational expertise that aligns closely with MR. D.I.Y India’s ambitious growth plans.

Having been closely associated with MR. D.I.Y India since its early days, Vikas has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. From the launch of its first store to building a nationwide network of over 425 stores, he has been instrumental in scaling the business while strengthening its core proposition of delivering value and accessibility to customers.
