Page Industries Appoints Karthik Yathindra As CEO, Effective April 2025
Page Industries Limited, the exclusive licensee of Jockey and Speedo in India, has announced the appointment of Karthik Yathindra as its Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2025. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held earlier, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC).
Page Industries, in its official statement, expressed confidence in Yathindra’s leadership and vision to drive the company’s growth and strengthen its position in the domestic and international markets. He will report directly to the Managing Director, Mr. V.S. Ganesh.
Yathindra, currently serving as President – Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in sales, retail, marketing, product development, and business management in the fashion and lifestyle sector. Since joining Page Industries nine years ago, he has played a pivotal role in establishing Jockey as one of the most aspirational brands in India.
Under his leadership, the brand successfully entered new product categories and reached diverse consumer segments, supported by innovative marketing campaigns. Yathindra also oversees operations for Speedo and leads teams handling various functions, including e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), modern retail, general trade, consumer analytics, and visual merchandising.
Before joining Page Industries, Yathindra worked with Titan Company Limited for over six years, contributing to iconic brands like Titan, Fastrack, Sonata, and Zoop. His expertise spans sales and distribution, retail operations, product management, and marketing.
Yathindra holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and a Bachelor of Arts in Law. He is not related to any directors or key management personnel and is not barred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
