The MBO-focused distribution businesses, including Innerwear & Sleepwear and incubation ventures, have also been grouped to optimize operational efficiency.

Debdeep Sinha has been appointed Chief Business Officer – Innerwear & Sleepwear, leveraging his expertise in business expansion. Neeraj Nagpal joins as Chief Business Officer – Apparel, MTM, and TRS, bringing over 27 years of experience in fashion and retail.
