Sangam (India) Signs MoU With DaMENSCH Apparel For Strategic Partnership
On June 4, 2025, Sangam (India) signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DaMENSCH Apparel to explore a long-term strategic partnership. Under the agreement, Sangam plans an initial investment of around Rs 10 crore in DaMENSCH, subject to conditions precedent and definitive agreements.
The collaboration will focus on manufacturing, marketing and selling seamless and activewear products.
Sangam (India) is a leading manufacturer of cotton and synthetic blended yarns, denim and synthetic fabrics, seamless garment knitting dh5and fabric processing. Its flagship brands include Sangam Suiting and Sangam Denim.
