Sunil Krishnan Appointed Business Head – Knits Division At Alok Industries

Textile industry veteran Sunil Krishnan has taken charge as Business Head – Knits Division at Alok Industries Ltd., where he will be responsible for driving a topline in excess of ₹400 crore and maximizing profitability for the knits fabric division in alignment with the group’s vision.

Krishnan, who brings over two decades of experience in textile marketing and operations, returns to Alok Industries after serving as Senior Vice President – Marketing at Technocraft Industries India Ltd., where he led global sales for the knitted apparel fabric division.

Earlier, during his 16-year tenure at Alok Industries, he rose to the position of Vice President – Sales & Marketing, spearheading global marketing of 1,500 MT of processed knitted fabrics per month.

He was instrumental in securing business with leading global retailers and brands including Levi’s, Calvin Klein, Tesco, Target, Primark, ALDI, LIDL, Decathlon, as well as domestic leaders like Jockey and Reliance Trends.

Krishnan’s career has been marked by his ability to develop new markets, drive sustainable textile innovations, and build strong partnerships with top international brands.
