TAI Mumbai To Host International Conference On Automation And Robotics In T&A Industry
The Textile Association (India), Mumbai Unit, is organizing an International Conference on “Automation and Robotics in the Textile & Apparel Industry on November 15, 2024. The event, set to take place at Hotel The Lalit, Mumbai, aims to explore the latest advancements in automation, robotics, and digital transformation across the textile value chain.
The conference will feature prominent industry leaders, policymakers, and technology innovators to discuss strategies for building smarter factories, improving efficiency, and embracing automation across manufacturing processes.
The conference will be inaugurated by Roop Rashi, Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, as the Chief Guest. Priyavrata Mafatlal, Managing Director of Mafatlal Industries Ltd., will join the event as the Guest of Honour. The Keynote Address will be delivered by Navdeep S. Sodhi, Partner at Gherzi Textil Organisation, Zurich.
In recognition of outstanding achievements in the industry, Pradeep Dodhia, Managing Director of Dodhia Synthetics Ltd., will be felicitated with the Industrial Excellence Award.
