Taktiful Launches Taktify: AI Pricing For Digital Print Embellishments

Taktiful Software Solutions has launched Taktify, the industry’s first AI-driven cost estimating and pricing platform tailored specifically for digital print embellishments. Following more than 18 months of beta testing, Taktify is now publicly available, enabling commercial printers to quote with confidence, boost margins and eliminate guesswork from pricing embellished print jobs.
Taktify will make its public debut at Amplify 2025, the leading print finishing event set for June 10–12 in Rosemont, IL.
Available via a US$ 250/month cloud-based subscription, Taktify delivers fast, accurate cost estimates and intelligent, market-based pricing recommendations. The platform calculates costs based on embellishment coverage, materials, labour and equipment inputs, then uses AI to suggest selling prices aligned with industry verticals, applications and geographic location. This makes Taktify the first tool designed to offer such detailed market-driven insights for digital embellishment workflows.

At launch, Taktify supports embellishment equipment from MGI, Konica Minolta, and Harris & Bruno in North America, with upcoming compatibility for other inkjet and toner-based systems already in development. The platform integrates smoothly with workflows for foil, varnish, raised UV and specialty coating applications.
