Tata Chemicals Completes Novabay Acquisition To Expand Global Presence
Tata Chemicals, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tata Chemicals International Pte. Ltd, has completed the acquisition of Novabay Pte. Ltd on March 19, 2026.
The transaction, first announced in December 2025, was finalised following the fulfilment of conditions outlined in the share purchase agreement. The acquisition marks a key step in strengthening Tata Chemicals’ international footprint and market presence.
Aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy, the move is expected to enhance its capabilities within the chemical sector while supporting value creation for stakeholders.
