Testa Group Expands Portfolio With Acquisition Of MT

Testa Group has expanded its presence in the textile machinery sector with the addition of MT, a move aimed at strengthening the Group’s product offering and enhancing service continuity, quality and reliability for customers.

MT will continue to operate with its own organizational structure while benefiting from the Group’s industrial expertise, investment capacity and operational support. Based in Italy, MT specializes in the development of technologies and customized machinery solutions for the textile industry, focusing on preparation, inspection and packaging processes.
