Heimtextil 2026 To Emerge As Global Trade Hub For Carpets And Flooring

Heimtextil is set to strengthen its position as the world’s most important trade hub for the carpet and flooring industry. At the 2026 edition, the Carpets & Rugs segment will expand significantly, moving into the larger Halls 11.0 and 12.0, with Hall 11.1 added due to high demand. Together with Hall 3.0, carpets will now cover four levels for the first time in the fair’s history. Complementing the offer, Flooring & Equipment in Hall 12.0 will showcase non-textile floor coverings, further broadening the scope.
“Carpets & Rugs at Heimtextil is more extensive than ever,” said Bettina Bär, Director, Heimtextil. “We are now taking a step further by also providing a platform for Flooring & Equipment. This reflects the holistic approach of Heimtextil 2026 and aligns with industry trends, as many companies now present mixed collections.”
