Ranjan Group Boosts Fabric Quality With Picanol Weaving Machines

Ranjan Group, renowned for its premium suiting fabrics, has reinforced its commitment to quality and productivity with Picanol’s innovative weaving machines. Since its initial investment in 2016, Ranjan Group has steadily expanded its fleet of Picanol airjet weaving machines to 88 units spread across three strategic locations.

Pushpendra Bewswal, Director of Ranjan Group, highlighted the transformative impact of Picanol’s technology on their operations. “The integration of Picanol weaving machines in 2016 marked a pivotal moment for us,” said Bewswal, adding, “These machines have not only enhanced the quality of our fabrics but also significantly reduced lead times, enabling us to deliver finished products more efficiently.”

The decision to choose Picanol was driven by their reputation for innovation and reliability in the industry. Bewswal emphasized, “The RPM capabilities of Picanol machines have played a crucial role in optimizing our production processes. Moreover, the responsive support from Picanol’s engineers has been instrumental in maximizing our productivity and ensuring consistent fabric quality.”

Ranjan Group, originally established in 1986 and known for its expertise in synthetic fabrics, diversified into cotton fabrics in 2010, further solidifying its position as a leader in the textile sector. With its continued partnership with Picanol, the group aims to sustain its growth trajectory and uphold its commitment to delivering superior textile solutions.
